Your details are used to respond to your enquiry, confirm appointments, prepare for consultations, and keep session notes that make follow-up appointments coherent. We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell it to third parties.

We process your data on the basis of your consent when you submit a form. You can withdraw that consent at any time by writing to the desk and asking us to stop; the request applies going forward and does not undo work already completed.
Performing a service
When a consultation is booked, the basis shifts to performing the service you have requested. That is what allows the desk to hold the notes, times and follow-up details that a consultation actually needs to function.
